#joinmarket IRC tor relay

This issue is about the relay bot which creates a bridge between #joinmarket on freenode and #joinmarket on some IRC network that allows tor.

I haven't been able to run it lately. But it is very useful and is very trivial to run. Also cyberguerilla is not so stable so I suggest we move to onion channel to agora-irc.

This is how the relay bot is run:

• Clone this project: https://github.com/str4d/RelayBot joinmarket-relaybot
• You need twisted and openssl, sudo pip install twisted pyopenssl
• Get the configuration file from here and put it in the same directory: https://gist.github.com/chris-belcher/fd08856f877056f64246fdf493bed071
• Add your nickserv password and other information to that file.
• Start it with sh run.sh start
• You can use sh run.sh status to see information.

So I'm calling for a volunteer to run the relay bot for joinmarket. It's really very trivial to run, a single small python file, that barely uses any resources. I also asked on IRC.
