Add tooltips for statistics on home page.

It'd be nice to have some hover-over tooltip functionality to help explain the statistics that are presented on the home page. Look into setting up Org Settings to hold configurable tooltip descriptions. Render out Wijmo tooltip for each if the respective setting is present.
