[Feature Request]Skeletonization Algorithms

I was going through scikit-image documentation and observed that JuliaImages doesn't have anything like skeletonization algorithms, for exapmle - Medial Axis transform. Is it there in JuliaImages?
If not, I am willing to add this feature as a part of ImageMorphology.jl package.

I'm nonot aware of skeletonization algorithms but I think ImageMorphology.jl would be a good fit. Another option is to have a standalone package in the organization of the number of algorithms is quite extensive and depends on multiple libraries. The first option seems reasonable to me.
