Open IPA Palette without going through Input menu?

Hi!

I personally am not a fan having the Input menu being in my menu bar on my Mac. Is there a way to launch IPA Palette without having to go through this menu?

AppleScript is an option... based on recent work with #6

I could also add a control or menu to IPA Manager that could talk to the palette via AppleScript. But, an input method is going to appropriate either a menu/menu item, or a keyboard shortcut, or some other kind of control to get it on screen. The Input menu always seemed to me like it was the least intrusive.
