Conflict with Header and Footer Patches

With a patch like the joshuacant/reader-header-print-edition patch and the sandcastles/patch-header patch, the comicreader plugiin disables headers and footers on epubs. I tried disabling the comic reader plugin but it doesn't allow itself to be disabled through plugin management. The only way to make the headers and footers to appear again is to delete the comic reader plugin. There's a conflict here, I think it could be resolved by comic reader allowing itself to be disabled or by finding the conflict or by comic reader not activating on epubs.

Alternative solution for this issue: We can use Bookends to replace allmost header patchs and Bookends work well with ComicReader.
