Data not saved

Hi!

I'm using Shaarli 0.13.0 and installed your plugin. I can see the fields, input some data and click on 'Apply changes', but I don't see a result. When editing a shaare, fields are empty.

I'm using the default theme and disabled all other plugins for testing. No change.

Unfortunately this plugin is broken since the release of Shaarli v0.12, there's an open ticket on their side: shaarli/Shaarli#1808
