fix: 禁用 JSON HTML 转义以保留 sing-box tag 原文
- 使用 json.Encoder 并关闭 SetEscapeHTML - 修复 tag 中 > 被输出为 \u003e 导致依赖引用不一致的问题 - 同步调整 sing-box 生成器和通用 JSON 输出逻辑
