AV1 10 bits are not correctly supported

All the fluster tests in AV1-TEST-VECTORS are failing using any drivers on Linux as the result MD5 is incorrect.

I think #132 can resolve this issue.

I tested the change in #132 because I was having an MD5 mismatch in the argon test I am working on: av1_argon_test1019. I was temporarily using a script to do the ror_u16.
The change fixed the MD5 mismatch in av1_argon_test1019. I executed the test described in this issue as well: av1-1-b10-00-quantizer-00.ivf and I also get the correct MD5.
