Add tests for deprecated QA wold tests

Recently deprecated, so we should add test soon to get coverage

Restore Default Settings - User Level
Restore Default Settings - Project Level
Search Settings - All Project Level Settings in Results
Search Settings - All User Level Settings in Results
Navigate Settings - Search Bar Always Focused
Text Editor - Toggle Text Wrapping
Text Editor - Toggle Blinking Cursor

These are all settings tests, so should be all HTML still tests (no canvas, video stream stuff we normally have to deal with) should be easier.

If you're on a run with these maybe have a look at other qawolf settings tests, the more we depricate the more wiggle room we'll have later.
