The example in the readme is not working

Hi there, thank you a lot for the work ^^

I tried to run the the example provided in the readme file, but I faced a few errors. Perhaps I have miss-installed the packages ? I somehow believe that you may have forgotten a few inputs to run properly the simulation.

I suggest the two following fixes:

1. Set the default value of store_per_client_metrics in the init_ of Client to false
2. change update_model to update_model_with_gradients
