Out of date filter reference in lephare para file may be causing issue

The lephare notebook is failing CI tests, the error looks to be because the lsst.para file in src/rail/examples_data/estimation_data/data asks for the old total_y3.pb file which I think is now removed from lephare. I don't know if this will totally fix the CI (it's still failing on my machine due to a pickle problem), but this is wrong regardless, and it's a one character fix.
