\cref, \Cref, \labelcref and other commands of cleveref package support multiple items in references separated with commas, just like \cite does. Is it possible to allow completion of these items?

Yes, this is possible, and I've done it for my own branch of LaTeX-Box (vim-latex). However, it was a lot of work, and I do not want to implement this into LaTeX-Box myself.
If anyone wants to try, they can of course use my omnicomplete function as a template.
