El template .rmd "knit" con errorer #16

El templete .rmd no funciona bien cuando hay un solo autor y imprime en el pdf lo siguiente:
Nombre Apellido, NA, NA

Tampoco aparece (como en el documento word) al final del documento:
Nombre Apellido
Institución
correo / email
