PDM Parameters

Add to PDM Panel the parameters to control and set some parameters such as

• Sync Source (External TTL / [External LVDS] / Internal)
• Pulse Width generation (None / Internal)
• Pulse Frequency
• Pulse Width
• Delay

[bboilot-ledger]

I tried sync source internal, pulse width of 1500ps, and 0 delay and seems to work!
Did not do regression tests on the parameters we were using before though
