[Bug]: Send modal shows unexpected dropdown for Stellar USDC

Describe the bug

Select a Stellar account -> USDC asset. Click send, and the modal opens.

After entering the recipient address, an unexpected select field appears. The options shown in this field are not recognizable to Stellar users.

Expected behavior

The same field should be shown as when sending XLM: a memo type dropdown.
