unknown error

I had Librebooking installed via my provider using Installatron. When I select this page, I get the message “Unknown error.”
What can I do?

There is a good chance that the database is not setup correctly. As a note Installatron seems to install a pretty old version. We are currently on version 4.1.0 and it installs 2.8.6.2.

After new Installation ihave the same message.in error Log is this:Got error 'PHP message: Error: Exception: There was an error executing your query\nTable 'h277895_phpscheduleit3.announcement_groups' doesn't exist in /var/www/vhosts/h277895.host278.
