Is there a way to install by default a custom extension in the web app?

I've built a custom extension and can successfully drag and drop the .foxe file into the web app.

However, is it possible to host a web app where this extension is already installed, so new users don’t have to manually add it? I couldn't find any instructions on how to do this.
