how to automatically load a saved design after closing the software

if I have designed my GUI and i want to automatically load it again when operating the software again, how can i do so?

Hey @ebrahimabdelghfar, so if I'm understanding your question right the answer for your problem is create a layout and save the changes you make to it. That you can keep your UI with all the panels you want saved and can even have multiple ones.

Here you can see the menu with all the layouts I have. Some have an orange dot because they have changes that haven't been saved

You can click on it and save those changes to make sure you don't lose that layout

@ctw-joao-luis Is it be possible to pass a default layout to the webapp? I tried something like:

yarn run web:serve --defaultLayout=mylayout.json

But I get:

[webpack-cli] Error: Unknown option '--defaultLayout=mylayout.json'
[webpack-cli] Run 'webpack --help' to see available commands and options

Thanks for the clarification. Is it on the roadmap? Can you give us an estimate of when this feature will be added?

It's something we've thought about, but right now we can't really give an estimate of when or if we'll add this.
