OSC Chat Tools remains running in the background despite closing it.

I've noticed that in some cases when closing OCT, the proccess remains registered.
This causes the software to be unable to be started again without killing the process in the task manager.

I don't know what causes this issue nor how to fix it for now.

For me, it has been caused by other tools closing OCT, which for whatever reason doesn't terminate the whole app...

Likely caused by a thread getting locked up and refusing to end or something not properly checking the run variable...

Well it happened when closing the app the usual way. Clicking the x in the bar.
