Default Scheduler Starts at 2:00 and Ends at 1:00 Instead of 00:00 to 23:59

When no schedule is defined for an observation, a default scheduler is automatically added for the entire study duration.
However, it starts at 2:00 AM instead of midnight (00:00) on the first day of the study and ends at 1:00 AM instead of 23:59 on the last day.
