Add SG data info to capture outputs

Alissa suggested adding information from the SG processing when pulling information for TF/RM/RP data.

Examples:

• Endogenous %
• mt/nuc ratio
• Damage
• Average Fragment Length

This information is in principle easily available via the existing script (on SG), hence we could create a new separate script that wraps the SG and capture stats collection and combines them.

This way the robust simple structure of the collection script remains intact.
