Missing Essentia with Gaia static builds

It has been months since it was reported that Essentia + Gaia can not be built for windows following the current guide and source

Neither the Acousticbrainz team, nor Essentia team seems to provide an answer to this problem. Can someone provide binaries? Binaries on web are outdated and missing Gaia.

At this point I don't mind paying someone to do it, as long as it can be done. Being serious.

I'm really surprised to see such bad support on an open source project, considering this is an ongoing problem since years.

@regorxxx Please take a look at #1398. I'd be glad if you could test the cmake build and report any problems.

EDIT: note that there's also a cmake build script available for Gaia, but I haven't tested it since the old models seem to be unsupported: https://github.com/wo80/gaia/tree/cmake
