Suggestion for renaming

I am currently thinking on how to improve the user experience with CCOpt.

I would suggest proceeding to the following renaming to improve the clarity:

• MPCCModelVarVar -> MPCCModel (I think we should remove MPCCModelVarCon and MPCCModelConCon, or move them in CCOpt-experiments.jl?)
• solve_homotopy! -> solve_mpcc!

I need to think a bit about this. I do like the option for users to be able to pass nonscalar complementarities, but the current way is indeed a bit clunky.

solve_homotopy! -> solve_mpcc!

This one I agree is good. Perhaps long term it makes sense to also provide a specialization of SolverCore.solve! for MPCCModel but I need to think a bit more about how much I actually like the SolverCore infrastructure.

Let's keep MPCCModel{VarCon,ConCon} in the short term then. But I would suggest making MPCCModelVarVar the default, and rename it as MPCCModel (I think a first-time user might be confused by this VarVar naming).

I guess we can then rely on multiple dispatch to differentiate the MPCCModel(nlp, ind_x1, ind_x2) and MPCCModel(nlp, ind_cc1, ind_cc2, cc_types). I think that works for me, and yea, the naming is perhaps a bit unclear to a new user.
