Ailien Platform Control Panel - Current Work Summary

🎯 What We've Built

Core Application

  • Professional Dashboard: SAP Datasphere + AWS integration control panel
  • Amazon Q Business Integration: AI-powered chat assistant
  • Real-time Metrics: 1,247 products, 89% quality, 2,847 queries/day
  • Multi-service Integration: SAP Datasphere, AWS Glue, Lambda, Q Business

Technical Architecture (Current)

  • Platform: AWS Lambda (serverless)
  • Frontend: Professional HTML/CSS/JS dashboard
  • Backend: Python with boto3, real SAP Datasphere API integration
  • Authentication: SAP Basic Auth, AWS IAM roles
  • Deployment: Direct Lambda function updates

🔄 Next Phase: Docker + Helm + GitHub

New Architecture Goals

  1. Containerization: Docker for consistent deployments
  2. Orchestration: Kubernetes + Helm for scalable infrastructure
  3. Version Control: GitHub with proper CI/CD pipelines
  4. Container Registry: ECR or Docker Hub for image management
  5. GitOps: Infrastructure as Code with version control

Migration Plan

  1. Extract current Lambda code to containerized Flask/FastAPI app
  2. Create Dockerfile and docker-compose for local development
  3. Setup Helm charts for Kubernetes deployment
  4. Create GitHub repository with CI/CD workflows
  5. Implement proper versioning and release management
