Create Office Hour Page

Create Office Hours page, which should include:

• Weekly grid that shows both opening hours and which manager will be staffing.
• Manager skills

An effort should be made to make this as easy as possible to update. Either by having the information be fetched from a specific folder or by having a maintenance page (less recommended because this is a security risk since we don't have accounts/authentication)
