`react_base_char()`: AE table is not correctly created when input AE data contains uncoded terms

In the interactive baseline characteristics table generated by react_base_char(), the AE table may not be created correctly if the input AE data contains uncoded terms (e.g., missing values in AEDECOD and/or AEBODSYS). Additionally, if the SOC and PT variables have identical values, such as "NULL", the AE table may also be incorrect.
