When will this greate project release a stable version and provide pre-build libraries for main os/arch and each python versions?

If you're asking if you still need to build the modules separately for each OS, the answer is yes.

Ah, gotcha. This is unlikely to happen any time soon. I've been allowed to opensource my work, adding CI for publishing releases on work time is definitely not happening. :P
