[Bug]: Error when accesssing static.cx.metamask.io for tokenIcons

offscreen logs show error access to fetch at "Access to fetch at 'https://static.cx.metamask.io/api/v2/tokenIcons/assets/solana/5eykt4UsFv8P8NJdTREpY1vzqKqZKvdp/token/JUPyiwrYJFskUPiHa7hkeR8VUtAeFoSYbKedZNsDvCN.png' from origin 'null' has been blocked by CORS policy: No 'Access-Control-Allow-Origin' header is present on the requested resource. If an opaque response serves your needs, set the request's mode to 'no-cors' to fetch the resource with CORS disabled"

@javiergarciavera I can't duplicate this. i'm seeing it successfully fetch dozens of icons just fine. 403s are missing in our icon cache
