Take Unknown out of the sorting and put it below/on top of the section #302

Describe the solution you'd like
Now, the section for Unknown Users (Remaining parent state) is sorted with the known/named entities, having it appear somewhere in between.
I would like an option to take the Unknown Users out of the sorting process and have it displayed on top or the bottom of it's parent Section.
Describe alternatives you've considered
I considered taking it out of the chart, but then it only visualizes the known or named entities and not showing the total picture

In here, the purple sections on the right side are known, the red is unknown, I would like an option to fix it to either the bottom or top of the blue section (stating totaal---)
