[FEAT]: Allow Sharing of Threads in same Workspace with all Users or selected Users

What would you like to see?

Would it be possible to not just have an Admin user have access to all Threads in a Workspace, but allow all Users to access previous Threads of users.

Currently I have to setup my users as Admin users to gain insights into all other users threads, and I do not want them to go fiddle with any Admin settings.
