Allow specification of OpenSim source repository and tag

For those not running the stock OpenSimulator from the opensimulator.org Git repository, there should be a way to specify the source repository as well as the version tag. Maybe environment variables like:
OPENSIM_SOURCE_GIT_REPOSITORY=
OPENSIM_SOURCE_GIT_TAG=master
