Packaging for OpenSuse

Hi :)

This "issue" is just because you asked to be contacted if someone wanted to package for another distro. I have an RPM ready for OpenSuse (tested on Tumbleweed). I think we could get it upstream in the utilities repository, where several other rust packages like ripgrep, dust and bat are.

I wouldn't mind being package maintainer. However I'm not quite certain how all this works, since it is my first ever package (was a fun little exercise). Let me know what you think.
