Twitter Feed Stopped Importing from Google Scripts

I noticed twitter stopped importing from my twitter feed around April 25th. @MarcellusMusic confirmed the issue as well. I debugged it last week and it has to do with the RSS library SimplePie that LifePress uses. The error is being set is on line 1801 of the simplepie.php library: https://github.com/MitchellMcKenna/LifePress/blob/master/application/libraries/simplepie.php#L1801

I believe Google Scripts changed something on their end, and now SimplePie can't tell that the RSS feed is UTF-8 format. SimplePie then tries to convert it to UTF-8 which requires the mbstring PHP extension which many shared web hosts do not have turned on.

I use a self hosted service called 'tweetledee' for my twitter feeds (I have a status feed and a favourites feed) and it is working fine.
