Secondary account on Steam automatically unlocking 35/54 achievements

Hi everyone,

I've had ModTheGungeon installed so I could play around with the game on my main Steam account after unlocking everything.

I bought a second copy of Enter the Gungeon on a new Steam account so I could unlock all the achievements again.

Once I loaded the game on the second account and reached the Breach 35/54 achievements automatically unlocked. I realised it was likely that ModTheGungeon was the culprit which I should have removed before starting the game on the second account.

Things I've tried:

• Uninstalled the main game on the main account, and pressed the red X on MtG to deactivate MtG. Then deleted the AppData in the relevant Gungeon folder in C:\Users\xxxxx\AppData\LocalLow\Dodge Roll\Enter the Gungeon and from recycle bin. Restarted the computer. Reinstalled the game on Steam, then verified the games integrity in Steam too to make doubly sure it's reverted back to 'normal'.
• I created a whole new secondary account for a second time (now the third account) as the achievements on the original secondary account were now secured on that account. Then tried loading the game again on this third account through borrowing it on my main Steam account as I wanted to check it would work without having to buy a whole new copy of the game, and it unlocks the same achievements again at the same point of entering the Breach.
• I also downloaded an achievement remover (Steam Achievement Manager) to try and remove them from the account, but every time I enter the Breach it does the same unlocking of the same achievements 35/54.

Any help would be greatly appreciated in solving this. I really don't want to have to buy an entire other copy again for it to happen another time.
