I'd like to enable users to edit media, before attempting another reconstruct process, purely, if they so wished, to change the molar quantities of the carbon, nitrogen and phosphorus sources. Currently, the heterotrophic media is carbon-limiting, but in reality plants are typically experience nitrogen/phosphorus limitations (hence fertilizer).

Even if we don't edit the media, we should allow users to see what's in the typical plant Heterotrophic media.
