- Project.toml: Changed DiffRules from "~1.0" to "1", since issue with "1.2.1" (leading to an error in runtests) seems to be fixed.

- Manifest.toml: Updated to newest versions of all packages (with exception of MonteCarloSimulation because not backwards compatible - needs to be separately adpated)
