Ability to scan blade files and php files in App folder to find translatable strings.

I wish there was a way I could scan the project files with a single command that fetches all translatable strings and sets them as keys in the lang/{locale}.json files.

This will help me not miss any translatable string that has not to consciously added to the translation files to be translated.
