pacifism potion

monsters affected by pacifism potion exibit complete pacifism towards the one who did it, however only partial pacifism towards others.
they will move close to the person(without being able to directly attack) and if they have abilities, use them.
i understand fixing this might be a massive pain in the ass, and i dont expect this to get fixed, but figured i'd add the bug to the pile!
