Was playing as a Town Elder, seen folk, apprently they needed help. I came down to show the path. They were vampires, after struggles they managed to turn me into one. However, my character was instantly starving and gone into a "blood-rage" which led to attack another guy.
Basically Spawned in as High Hunger as Vampire.
