Lint pull request description?

Hello - I've been looking for a tool similar to this, but for linting a PR's description. Would a PR adding description regex support be accepted, or do you want to keep this action focused on just titles?

Hey @dlew - if memory serves I think someone has asked about this before actually. I'm not opposed to it, happy to review/get that released if you do want to contribute a PR!
