Determine which user opened a dispute when import user #401
Description
Currently, when restoring orders for users who have active disputes, there is no effective way to know who initiated the dispute because Mostro does not include that information in the restore message.
This has already been addressed: the Mostro instance now publishes, in dispute events kind 38383, the information about which user initiated the dispute using the initiator tag (seller/buyer). With this in place, the app has all the necessary conditions to determine who opened the dispute by fetching the corresponding Nostr event for that dispute.
