Can't start the plugin - zip file closed

Details

I was not able to reproduce my issue on a freshly setup and up-to-date server with the latest version of Multiverse plugins with no other plugins and with no kinds of other server or client mods.

Description
This bug makes it so that after upgrading to Minecraft 1.18 with Paper, the plugin stopped working entirely, it doesn't load at all when starting the server, instead it errors out with

java.lang.IllegalStateException: zip file closed

Steps to reproduce

1. Download the plugin
2. Start the server

Expected behavior
The plugin gets loaded successfully.
