Version tags/Release of submodules

How will version tags and release work with submodule?
Will it always be mqss-interfaces v1, v2 etc or would we be able to have different version tags for each submodule e.g. CUDAQ v1 and QPI v2 at the same time?

I successfully created two submodules from the MQP Qiskit Provider v0.1.5 and a mockup MQP CUDAQ Provider v0.0.1

This means the interfaces stays in their own repos and are added as submodules in the mqss-interfaces?

If they stay in their own repos what will we use mqss-interfaces for? Just links to all interfaces in one place or testing?
