throwing error on sh install.sh

Hey all , VIkash here
When i am running this command sh install.sh am getting this error

OS -> am using ubuntu 22.04
python version - > python2.7

If anyone knows ,please help me with this .

According to the requirements, bower should be installed. It looks like install.sh uses that.
