Some bugs found by the PVS-Studio static analyzer

Hello!
We published an article in which we tested this project using the PVS-Studio static analyzer. We have discovered a number of interesting bugs in the source code that probably need attention.

Note: Some warnings look more like code quality issues than full-fledged bugs, but they still require attention.
