Issue with libcurl #333
Description
In updating our OS, we found that curl 8.6.0 and later will give an error while curl 8.5.0 and before worked. This comes from curl_easy_perform and the error is the libcurl error 23: An error occurred when writing received data to a local file, or an error was returned to libcurl from a write callback. In debugging this, we realized that the amount of data being expected back is not being included correctly.
