Refined storage drive killed by item.
Makes all items invisible including crafts. It's coming in show up but disappear once the GUI is closed and opened.
By narrowing it out by swapping items around in the drive and then looking though the NBT files I've determined that it was inventorypets:pet_chest/ and removing it fixed the issue.
