Mod request, or a recipe change.

As i played the modpack i realized that there are some recipes which are conflicting like fluid pipe and rat pipe.
so a mod like Yet Another Recipe Conflict Fixer (YARCF) would work perfectly to fix said issue, since then players could just cycle between conflicting recipes.
