[BUG] Logistics Pipes: OreDict Module loses configuration

Description of Issue

The Logistics Pipes Oredict Module loses configuration when it is closed. It cannot be used at all because of this. RS485/LogisticsPipes#1609

Steps to Reproduce Issue

1. Create an OreDict Module and put it in a Logistics Chassis using a Pipe Manager
2. Click the ! button next to the OreDict module and add any item to the configuration
3. Close the GUI and reopen it
