[BUG] ICBM-Classic steel doesn't work in ferroboron alloy recipe

Description of Issue

Steel from modpack ICBM-Classic doesn't work in the recipe for ferroboron alloy (which requires steel)
it's specifically ICBM-Classic steel, all the other steels work just fine

Steps to Reproduce Issue

1. Get steel from ICBM-Classic
2. Get boron ingot (or dust) from NuclearCraft
3. Put them in NC alloy furnace
4. Should be self-explanatory, but power the alloy furnace
5. watch as absolutely nothing happens
